I’ve long come to feel that the best help for uncertainty and confusion about engaging in BDSM, DD, D/s, S&M - choose whichever term or terms best pleases you - is to read the personal writings of others.

You can see they sometimes share the same confusions. And that most people who engage in consensual domination and submission are happy, emotional healthy.

When I can I’ve quoted a characteristic - and hopefully - eloquent page by the writer. Sometimes settling for a profile or site summary.
